Fees

At Descriaux Avocats, we don’t count the minutes spent on the phone advising you or keeping you informed of how the case is proceeding. We prefer to charge our work with a system of fixed prices.

Depending on the nature of the case, we can also ask a complementary fee calculated as a percentage of the amount of damages or sum obtained.

This way you will know in advance the amount of our charges, fixed by fee convention. We work with transparency, with the greatest respect for the inherent integrity of our profession.

We also work with clients who benefit from a legal protection insurance, and we can take care of any procedure with your insurer.

If you are without legal protection insurance, we can find ways to facilitate your payment depending on your situation.
